• Messages you send us and records of our support conversations
Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Information collected automatically when you use the site, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and cookie identifiers. Our website platform collects much of this to run and secure the site.
3. How we use your information
• Review account requests and confirm eligibility for member access
• Create and manage your account and provide access to the member catalog
• Process, ship, and support your orders, including returns and order issues
• Keep records of required acknowledgments and agreements
• Prevent fraud, misuse, and unauthorized access, and enforce our policies
• Respond to your questions and send service messages about your account or orders
• Maintain, secure, and improve the site
• Meet legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations
We send marketing emails only if you opt in, and every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only as needed with:
• Service providers who help us run the business, such as our website and hosting platform (Wix.com), our payment processor (Square), and shipping carriers
• Authorities or other parties when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when needed to protect our rights, our customers, or the public
• A buyer or successor if the business is sold, merged, or reorganized
Service providers may use your information only to perform services for us.

The site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, secure the site, and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, including sign-in and checkout, may not work without them.

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and afterward as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Records of eligibility acknowledgments and signed agreements are kept for at least 5 years after your last order.

9. Age requirement
The site and member accounts are only for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn we have, we will delete it and close the account.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for significant changes, notify members by email.
