Product descriptions and research information are provided for educational and research-reference purposes and are not medical advice.
4. Purchaser Representations
By purchasing a research-use product, you represent that you are at least 21 years old, that the information supplied during registration is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you will use, store, handle, and dispose of products in accordance with applicable requirements and appropriate research practices. You are responsible for determining whether a product and its intended research use are permitted in your jurisdiction or institution.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the site or products for unlawful purposes, fraud, misrepresentation, prohibited human or veterinary consumption, or other activity that violates these Terms, the Research Use Policy, or applicable requirements. PROFormance Labs may restrict, suspend, cancel, or refuse accounts or transactions when reasonably necessary due to suspected misuse, fraud, legal or regulatory restrictions, or violations of site policies.
6. Product Information
PROFormance Labs aims to provide accurate product information, but research information may evolve and product specifications may vary. Images may be illustrative. Do not rely on website content as medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or professional advice. If a product-specific specification is material to your research, contact PROFormance Labs before ordering.
7. Availability and Order Acceptance
Products are subject to availability. Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. PROFormance Labs may decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for inventory issues, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, account concerns, shipping restrictions, legal or regulatory concerns, or violations of site policies. If a paid order is cancelled by PROFormance Labs before fulfillment, the applicable amount will be refunded using the available payment process.
8. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed on the member site and may change without prior notice. You are responsible for applicable charges, taxes, and fees presented during checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.
9. Shipping
Shipping options, charges, and available delivery information are presented during checkout when applicable. Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guarantees. 10. Returns, Refunds, and Order Problems
Research products are generally final sale, subject to the Shipping & Returns Policy and applicable law. Incorrect, missing, or materially damaged items should be reported promptly and within the time stated in that policy. Do not return products without authorization from PROFormance Labs.
11. Account and Service Restrictions
PROFormance Labs reserves the right to restrict or terminate account access or refuse service when reasonably necessary to protect the business, customers, payment systems, site security, or compliance obligations, or when these Terms or other site policies are violated.
12. Intellectual Property
The PROFormance Labs name, branding, website design, original text, graphics, and other site content are owned by or licensed to PROFormance Labs and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission, except as permitted by law.
